By accessing and using BlogMaster (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are visitors, browsers, bloggers, and/or contributors of content.

BlogMaster is a blog management application that provides tools for creating, editing, and publishing content to Google Blogger, including but not limited to:

• Rich text editor for blog post creation
• Google Blogger account integration
• Post management and organization
• Offline draft storage
• Image upload and media management
• Post scheduling and publishing

The service acts as a client application for Google Blogger and requires a valid Google account with Blogger access.

As a user of BlogMaster, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Maintain the confidentiality of your Google account credentials
• Be responsible for all content you create and publish through the service
• Comply with Google Blogger's Terms of Service and content policies
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its related systems
• Not use the service to distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Respect intellectual property rights of all content
• Report any suspected security vulnerabilities or misuse of the service

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BlogMaster and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the service's name, logo, or trademarks without permission

You retain all rights to the content you create using BlogMaster. We do not claim ownership of your blog posts, images, or other content.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service. By using BlogMaster, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We implement OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication with Google and encrypt your credentials using device-level security. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance and updates
• Technical difficulties or server issues
• Google Blogger API availability
• Third-party service dependencies
• Force majeure events

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice.

In no event shall BlogMaster, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

This includes but is not limited to damages arising from loss of blog content, failed publishing attempts, or data synchronization issues with Google Blogger.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Multan, Punjab, Pakistan.
